Jessica Auslander, MA, PhD, LCMHC, LCAS, NCC, BC-TMH, ICGC-I, SAP is the owner of Professional Wellness Management, PLLC. Dr. Auslander holds bachelor’s degrees in music education and psychology from Bowling Green State University, a master’s degree in counselor education from The Ohio State University, and a doctoral degree in addiction psychology from Capella University. She has worked in clinical care and administration in school, hospital, and community mental health care settings. In her private practice, she has specialized in working with pilots and aviation-related organizations for the past 12 years, providing services to individual pilots, their families, and aviation peer support programs for air carriers and organizations in the United States, Virgin Islands, and Europe. She served as a volunteer in Disaster Mental Health (DMH) and Disaster Instruction for the American Red Cross for 15 years where she also led airport-based disaster simulations.
