Meeting Information
Hosted by ALPA's Economic & Financial Analysis Department, this workshop provides a collaborative opportunity for Scheduling Committee members and scheduling experts from across ALPA/Union pilot groups.
Discussions will include:

Scheduling Committee involvement at their NOC/OCC/SOC and oversight of crew desk/services departments;
-
Reserves order of assignments, long call, short call, RAPs;
-
Trip cancellations/reassignments;
-
Scheduling modification by pilots including drops, swaps, pickup, and pilot-to-pilot trip trades;
-
Current and best practices;
-
Technical/software applications; and
-
Contract language support (including fatigue issues).
This is a union-only function for Scheduling Committee members only with no company or vendor participation.
