Experts from around the globe gather in Chicago, IL, Monday, September 8, 2025 - Thursday, September 11, 2025 for the 69th Air Safety Forum . With the theme "Moving Forward Together," the four-day conference will commence on Monday with two and a half days of private ALPA Air Safety Organization (ASO) sessions and open to the public on Wednesday afternoon with hot-topic discussions and keynotes.

This annual event offers unmatched collaborative and networking opportunities to discuss critical topics facing not just the piloting profession but the entire industry. Capping off the ASF will be an awards banquet that highlights the outstanding accomplishments of ALPA pilots.

The negotiated hotel rate at the Chicago Hilton Hotel is $199 + tax (Single/Double) —The hotel requires 48 hours notice for room cancellation. Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am.
