Julie Love is a First Officer at Spirit Airlines on the Airbus A320 and serves as an Aeromedical Subject Matter Expert for ALPA International. She currently serves as the Aeromedical Chair for the Spirit Airlines Master Executive Council (SPA MEC).

A graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, she is committed to advancing pilot health, safety, and fitness for duty through focused work in aeromedical policy and peer support. Having completed HIMS training, she strives to bring a compassionate and complete approach to pilot wellness. Her areas of focus include the integration of women’s health considerations within the evolving aeromedical landscape, and she is the founder of the SPA MEC Aeromedical Women’s Health Initiative.
